We had our summer party earlier this year to make room for our trip to Australia. The weather wasn't great but warm enough to be outside … and dry! We played some games and music, and got through a lot of great food and drink.
This was the last party before the work on our garden started, so next year's pictures will look different. If you came, we hope you did enjoy yourselves. If you didn't, we hope you can come next year to see the new garden.
The party always starts on the patio. Catching up with old friends and maybe meeting some new ones.
Rachel and James always have a few friends at the party. So not all the pictures are of middle-aged people.
We had some music again this year. A few songs by John, James, Ewan and Bob with some other joining in later.
It was getting cold in the evening so the party ended indoors while the last few waited for a ride home.
