We had our regular summer party on a near perfect day in July this year. The weather was warm and sunny and our new garden was looking great. We had a lot of great food and wine, and our now regular music and games.
If you couldn't make it this year, we'd love to see you next year. If you're not getting an invite, please let us know. We may be sending yours to an old address.
We were very well and looking forward to our holiday. Not sure who took the picture, but we'll have to make sure that John is smiling
next time.
To encourage people off the patio and into the new garden we put the picnic table and chairs out on the lawn.
It worked.
The new gazebo and seats — with new cushions too — were a hit. They are a great place to sit and chat.
We had our now regular music slot with John, James and Ewan. Ewan is singing in this one, so they are probably
doing Hindu Times by Oasis.
They crowd look a bit quiet at this point, but that may be because they've just been fed.
